Orders & Shipping
Most orders are packed within 24 hours and dispatched the next working day. Standard delivery across India takes 3–5 working days. If your order includes an imported fabric, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch.
We currently ship across India. International shipping to UAE, UK, Singapore, and other markets is being set up. If you are based overseas, write to us at info@tarrit.in and we will do our best to assist.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email and SMS once your order is dispatched — including a tracking link. You can also visit your account on tarrit.in to check order status.
Orders can be cancelled before they are collected by our delivery partner. Once collected, cancellation is possible only after delivery. Contact us immediately at info@tarrit.in or on WhatsApp.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, for any reason. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags intact and in original packaging.
Log into your account on tarrit.in, go to My Orders, and generate a return request. You can also WhatsApp us or email info@tarrit.in with your order details.
Yes. Returns are free. A pre-paid return label is included with all orders.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of us receiving the returned item. You will be notified by email once the refund is initiated.
Yes. Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will arrange it.
Made to Measure
A shirt built precisely to your measurements, fabric choice, and preferences. Collar style, fit, sleeve length, placket, and key details are all customised. The result is a shirt made specifically for your body.

Weddings by Tarrit
We dress the full wedding group — groom, groomsmen, brothers, fathers, and the wider family. Ready-to-wear and Made to Measure both available. Every man individually considered, every detail handled together.
Ideally 3–6 weeks in advance. This allows time for selection, fitting, and any adjustments before the wedding date.
No. Whether it is two people or twenty, the experience is the same — guided, personal, and unhurried.
Yes. We encourage harmony over uniformity. Colours, fabrics, and fits can vary within a coordinated direction.
No. Ready-to-wear works very well for most occasions. Made to Measure is available when precise fit is required.
Speak to us during the appointment. We can help coordinate sizing and timelines for members who are elsewhere.
Yes. Alterations are part of the in-store process.
Yes. Delivery timelines are discussed and confirmed during the consultation.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available at tarrit.in/pages/gift-card. Choose a denomination, complete checkout, and the code is delivered instantly by email.
No. Tarrit gift cards do not expire.
Yes. Present the code at either store and it will be applied to your purchase.
Yes. Write to info@tarrit.in with your order details and we will resend the code.
