What is the cancellation policy at Tarrit
If the order has not been dispatched, it can be cancelled and a refund would be processed for the same. An order once dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you do not wish to accept the order, you can reject it at the time of delivery.

You can cancel your order by visiting the My Orders page and clicking on the Need Help option to Cancel. Please note: you can only cancel your order till it hasn’t been dispatched by us.
How and when would I get a refund for a cancelled order?
If the order has been cancelled before shipping, the refund is processed within 1 day and the amount is reimbursed to the payment source. Your bank might take 5-7 days to credit the amount to your account If the order is rejected at delivery, we wait for the items to reach back to us and process the refund immediately after receiving the items. Your account is linked to the number used when you first made an account. Using any other number would create a separate account
