Yarn dyeing sets the colour into the fibre before weaving — the grey threads are dyed individually, then woven together with undyed white threads in a precise alternating sequence in both warp and weft. The check is therefore structural, not surface. It cannot wash out because it was never on the surface. In Giza cotton, the extra-long staple produces yarn of exceptional evenness — meaning the micro-check reads with consistent precision across the full garment, collar and body and cuff identical. The smaller the check, the more demanding the construction. This check is small.

We include a pre-paid return label in all our shipments to make it easy for you. Generate a request, specify a convenient pick-up date, and we will manage the rest.

Eligibility for Return

If you find any problems with your Tarrit article or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange the article up to 15 days from the date of purchase.

We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags still attached. Otherwise, we may not accept the return and send it back to the customer.

Money Back

For all accepted returns, we will refund your money within 7–10 working days, or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer.

Refunds are applicable only for the purchased article, not for any packaging, gifts, or free items included by us.

Process

The easiest way to return or exchange is to generate a request from our website. Signed-in customers can go to "My Orders" under the "My Account" menu. Guest customers can visit the Track Your Order page and enter their Order ID and registered email address.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are collected by our delivery partners. In such cases, cancellation is possible only after delivery is received.

For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money within 7–10 working days, offer store credits, or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer.

Damages

Please inform our customer care department if any article is delivered without tags. Do not accept delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or appears damaged.
