THE COLOUR OF GROUNDEDNESS

Khaki takes its name from the Urdu and Persian word for 'dust' or 'soil' — and it was first used as military camouflage in India in the 1840s, when British officers observed that local Indian soldiers had dyed their white uniforms with tea and mud to blend into the Sindh terrain. It is, literally, the colour of Indian earth.

In Tamil Nadu, the warm earth tones of khaki are seen in the gopuram sculptures of ancient temples — the natural pigments used by Dravidian artisans who knew that the most enduring colour was the one borrowed from the ground you stand on.

In Japanese wabi-sabi philosophy, warm earth tones represent 'tsuchi no iro' — the colour of the soil — considered the most grounded and honest palette in nature's spectrum.

PSYCHOLOGY

We include a pre-paid return label in all our shipments to make it easy for you. Generate a request, specify a convenient pick-up date, and we will manage the rest.

Eligibility for Return

If you find any problems with your Tarrit article or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange the article up to 15 days from the date of purchase.

We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags still attached. Otherwise, we may not accept the return and send it back to the customer.

Money Back

For all accepted returns, we will refund your money within 7–10 working days, or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer.

Refunds are applicable only for the purchased article, not for any packaging, gifts, or free items included by us.

The easiest way to return or exchange is to generate a request from our website. Signed-in customers can go to "My Orders" under the "My Account" menu. Guest customers can visit the Track Your Order page and enter their Order ID and registered email address.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are collected by our delivery partners. In such cases, cancellation is possible only after delivery is received.

Damages

Please inform our customer care department if any article is delivered without tags. Do not accept delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or appears damaged.
